I believe the haters, claude is getting stupid

Go on X and you’ll see a lot of talk about Claude getting lobotomized.

Most of this is FUD.

Until now. I actually think Opus is stupid as hell. In the last week its routinely adamantly told me something only to have lied.

I used to:

- read code
- verify its sources with other agents 
- be useful 
- follow its CLAUDE.md 

Now it seems to do none of that.

Jump onto codex and it does ALL of this without AGENTS.md or “harnessmaxxing”

I’m starting to think switching to Codex is the way forward (for now).
